I froze the cakes after baking them and wrapping them in tin foil.. When I came back from holiday 11 days later I took them out of the freezer and decorated Rebecca’s pink and purple dragon cake! It took 2 hours to decorate! I was in a rush and didn’t carve it properly because of this. Rebecca didn’t seem to mind 🙂
